Description: In this topic you will learn how to link Certification Templates to a object or entity it is required for. Certification templates can be linked to Service Codes, Client Funding Accounts, Program Profiles/Accounts, Cost Centers, or Client Profiles, or Employee Profiles. The process is the same for all entities.

*Please note: Certification Templates can be added directly to the object or entity when creating or editing.
Role Required: Superuser
Permission Required: Training Admin
Hierarchy of Linking (Largest to Smallest)
Cost Center - all employees in one cost center
Service Code - all employees punching against the service code selected, regardless of the client or program
Service Code - all employees punching against the service code selected, regardless of client or program
Mast Program Account - all employees working in the program or group service selected
Client Profile - all employees working with the client selected
Funding Account - all employees providing a specific service to a specific client
Employee Profile - one employee
Link a Certification Template to an Object or Entity:
Log in to your personal profile
Click Settings from the main menu
Click
...
Training on the submenu
Click Certification Templates on the flyout menu
Use the filters to search for the Certification Template and select Search and select the Certification Template by clicking anywhere in the row
Click Actions button
From the actions dropdown, click Add/Remove Certification for the object or entity you are linking see the list below:

Select the object to add or remove to the certification template by using the search field or scroll
Select the right triangle button to add a service code
Select the double right triangle >> button to add all service codes
Select the left triangle button to remove a service code
Select the double left triangle << button to remove all service codes
Click Save
Click Yes in the confirmation alert window
