Description: In this topic you will learn how to enter a group services punch on the DCI Mobile App. The DCI Mobile App allows employees to clock in and out in real time for group services. The Mobile App is EVV compliant.
The Mobile App can be used on any smart device, phone, or tablet, that meets the operating system requirements. The DCI Mobile App is a free download available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
*Please note: This feature is a Real Time Group Services entries in the mobile app is an instance level setting, to enable this function, please submit a help desk ticket (Zendesk) to use this feature. This functionality is not applicable or enabled for all DCI users or organizations. Mobile App Offline mode must be disabled when using Real-Time Group Services.
