  1. The employee will click Voice
  2. The DCI mobile app will display an alert stating, "DCI EVV Would Like to Access the Microphone". Click OK to allow.
  3. The employee will hand the mobile device to the client
  4. The Voice Verification window will open
  5. Client or authorized representative clicks the red button at the bottom of the page to start voice recording
    1. A computer voice will recite a phrase for the client or authorized representative to repeat
  6. Click the red button at the bottom of the page again to stop voice recording
  7. Click the blue Save text in the upper right-hand corner to validate the voice recording
  8. Click Confirm on the pop-up alert box
  9. Hand the device back to the employee
