- The employee will click Voice
- The DCI mobile app will display an alert stating, "DCI EVV Would Like to Access the Microphone". Click OK to allow.
- The employee will hand the mobile device to the client
- The Voice Verification window will open
- Client or authorized representative clicks the red button at the bottom of the page to start voice recording
- A computer voice will recite a phrase for the client or authorized representative to repeat
- Click the red button at the bottom of the page again to stop voice recording
- Click the blue Save text in the upper right-hand corner to validate the voice recording
- Click Confirm on the pop-up alert box
- Hand the device back to the employee
