Description: In this topic the user will provide learn an overview of how to check clients in and check out clients for a day program. The Day Program profile is designed to keep time and attendance for clients who attend and employees who work at a day program for individuals with disabilities. Typically, the person who works at the front desk will log onto the DCI day program profile at check in and check out, so that the employees and clients can easily log their attendance in the system.

The Day Program profile comes with a kiosk mode so that a client can check in or out on a kiosk typically located near the entrance of the day program using their DCI credentials.
Check - In
A Client will enter their enter their name in the Kiosk
Select the service code from the dropdown list
Enter Pin
Click Sign In
Check - Out
A Client will enter their enter their name in the Kiosk
Select the service code from the dropdown list
Enter Pin

Clients
From this tab, a client can be checked in, checked out, or have attendance verified. You can also click on a client's name to open their details page. This process typically is done by the person at the front desk and they can either check in single or multiple clients at a time.
