View Schedule - Web Portal

Your The schedule can be viewed when published. 

  1. Log in to your personal profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Schedules on the sub menusubmenu
  4. View your the schedule under the Your Schedule tab

View Schedule - Mobile App

When the schedule has been created and published, it will be viewable.The schedule can be viewed when published. 

  1. Log in to your personal profile
  2. Click the Menu icon, (hamburger menu) in the upper left corner
  3. Click Schedules on the menu
  4. View your the schedule by day or by week

Request Services

If you want to receive Clients can request services on a particular day, you can submit a request for services using DCI.

  1. Log in to your personal profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Schedules on the sub menusubmenu
  4. Click Actions button Actions 
  5. Click Select Add New Client Request in the actions dropdownfrom thedrop-down menu
  6. Complete the request form wizard
    1. Day - Select the date
    2. Start time
    3. End time
    4. Service
    5. when service is requested
    6. Time - Add the start and end times for the shift
    7. Service Code - Select the service code from the drop-down menu
    8. Employee - Type and select the name of the requested employee
      1. Only eligible employees will populate

  7. Click Save Click Yes on the confirmation alert windowand Yes to confirm
  8. The request will appear on your the schedule in pending status and has been sent to your the coordinator for review
    1. If the request is approved, the shift will appear blue on your the schedule.
    2. If it is rejected, it will no longer appear, and your the coordinator will may provide you details as to why it was rejected
    3. If you would like to cancel your request, please contact your coordinator
    4. details regarding the rejection.
    5. If messaging is enabled for the instance, the client You may receive a notification when your the request has been approved or rejected.
    6. To cancel the request, please contact the coordinator by right-clicking on the schedule request.
