View Schedule - Web Portal

- Log in to your personal profile
- Click Home on the main menu

Request Services
If you want to receive Clients can request services on a particular day, you can submit a request for services using DCI.
- Log in to your personal profile
- Click Home on the main menu
- Click Schedules on the sub menusubmenu
- Click Actions button Actions
- Click Select Add New Client Request in the actions dropdownfrom thedrop-down menu
- Complete the request form wizard
- Day - Select the date
- Start time
- End time
- Service

- Time - Add the start and end times for the shift
- Service Code - Select the service code from the drop-down menu
- Employee - Type and select the name of the requested employee
- Only eligible employees will populate
