Edit Employee Profile

  1. Sign Log in to your Personal Profilepersonal profile

  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Employees on the sub menusubmenuSearch for

  4. Enter the employee
  5. by typing the
  6. name
  7. in the Type Employee Name filter box and clicking
  8. into the search filter and click Search
  9. Click anywhere on the employee row to open the Employee Details Pagepage

  10. Click ActionsClick 

  11. Select Edit Employee from the drop-down menu

  12. Review all information on the Basic Demographics tab. If any changes are made, click Save. Click Yes on the confirmation window and Yes to confirm.

  13. Click the Employee Information tab.

      1. Enter the Employee Number

      2. Enter the amount of Weekly Hours Available

  14. Enter Hire Date
      1. Ensure the employee has the correct Cost Center
  15. .The employee selects a cost center when they self-register and if they pick the wrong one they may not be able to access their client in the system.
      1. Enter the Hire Date
      2. Make any other necessary changes, for example add a certification template or holiday schedule or update the preferred language if known, then click Save

  16. . Click Yes on the confirmation window
      1. and Yes to confirm.

  17. Click the Authentication Information tab.

    1. Change Authentication Status to Active, then click Save

  18. . Click Yes on the confirmation window
    1. and Yes to confirm.

  19. Notify the employee and the supervisor (if the supervisor is not the one activating the profile) that the profile is now active.

The employee will only be able to make Training punches until additional employee service accounts are created. An employee service account connects the client to the employee for a particular service.

Create a new Employee Service Account

  1. Sign into your Personal ProfileLog in to personal profile

  2. Click Home on the main menu

  3. Click Employees on the submenu

  4. Search for the client by typing their name in search filters and selecting the name when it comes up

  5. Click Search

  6. Select the client from the table by clicking anywhere in the row

  7. This will open up
  8. Enter the employee name into the search filter and click Search
  9. Click anywhere on the employee row to open the Employee Details

  12. Click Actions button

  13. Click Select New Service Account from the actions dropdowndrop-down menu

  14. Complete Fill out the form wizard as usual

  15. Click Save then select and Yes on the confirmation window  to confirm

The employee can now Once the employee service account is completed, the employee will be able to create time entries for the service provided. Repeat this process for any additional services that the employee is authorized to provide.
