Description: In this topic you , the user will learn how to create a new client profile, view client profiles and make edits and and view, edit, or deactivate client profiles.
*Please note: Client profiles added can not cannot be deleted, but the status may can be changed to inactive when making edits in the form wizard.

Create Client
- Log in to your personal profile
- Select Click Home from on the main menu
- Select Click Clients fromon the submenuSelect the Actions button
- Click Actions
- Select Add New Client from the actionsdropdown
- The Add New Client form wizard will open up
- drop-down menu
- Complete Fill out the form wizard , by completing each of the following tabs. Select next Next to navigate to the next tab.
- Basic Demographics
- Client Information
- EVV Location
- Authentication Information
- Last Lastly, the form wizard will display the Review Summary.
- If changes need to be made, select the back Back button or select the tab of the information was entered onto be changed.
- Click Save Select the Save button to add the new client Select Yes in the confirmation alert windowand click Yes to confirm
*Please note: If the client login is enabled in the client profile on the Authentication Information tab, DCI will send a system-generated email (sender email address is: support@dcisoftware.com) to the client email address listedon the client profile. This email must be validated.
View, Edit, or Deactivate Client Profile
- Log in to your personal profile
- Select Click Home from on the main menu
- Select Click Clients from on the submenu
- Search for Enter the client by using the filters and select Search
- The search results will be displayed below the search box, select the client row by clicking any where in the row
- The Client Details page will open up and you can view all details
- 's name in the filter and click Search
- Click anywhere in the client row to open the Client Details page
- Click Actions Select the Actions button
- Select Edit Client from the Actions dropdowndrop-down menu
- View and make edits in the Edit Client form wizard
- To deactivate the client profile, change the status to Inactive on the basic demographics tab
- Select Save to save the changes Select Yes in the confirmation alert windowand Yes to confirm
