Log in to DCI
Click Home on the main menu
Click Residential Programs on the submenu
Use filters to find the residential program and click Search
Click anywhere on the row to open the residential program details page
Click Actions
Select Edit Residential Program from the drop-down down menu
To deactivate, update the status to Inactive.
Edit as needed
Click Save and Yes to confirm
