To add a new punch for an employee:

Add a New Punch for an Employee
- Log in to your personal profile
- Select Home from the main menu
- Select Employees from the submenu
- Enter the employee name in the Employee Name search box, then click the blue Search button
- The results table, located below the search box, will update based upon your search
- Select
- Sign into your Personal Profile
- Click "Employees" on the sidebar
- Search for the Employee
- Click anywhere in the employee row on the results table to open the Employee Details Page
- Click "Actions"

- The Employee Details page will open
- Select the Actions button
- Select New Entry in the actions dropdownClick "New Entry"
- Complete the Entry Form;

To edit a punch for an employee:

Edit a Punch for an Employee
- Log in to your personal profile
- Select Home from the main menu
- Select Employees from the submenu
- Enter the employee name in the Employee Name field, then click the Search button
- The results table, located below the search box, will update based upon your search
- Select the employee row on the results table by clicking anywhere in the row
- The Employee Details page will open
- On the Employee Details page select the Entries tab located below the demographics box
- Select the row in the entries table for the punch you need to edit
- The Punch Detail page will open
- Select the Actions button
- Select Edit Entry in the Actions dropdown
- Follow steps 1-4 listed above
- Click anywhere in the punch row on the Entries table to open the Punch Detail Page
- Click "Actions"
- Click "Edit Entry"
- Make the necessary changes on the Entry Form ; a reason and note is required wizard
- May require a reason code when you edit a punch for an employee
- Click "the Save "buttonClick "
- Select Yes" on in the confirmation window
