How do I fill in the GNIS Code?
The GNIS Code is a way to validate an address. It is listed right under the address fields for the following Profile Types:
- Client Profile
- Residential Program Profile
- Day Program Profile
- Group Service Profile
You may notice that the field is grayed out , which (this means it’s not editable) and is located below the address fields. To fill in the GNIS Code, simply enter a valid address in the Address Field Fields and click the blue “Search Location” right Search Location button above the GNIS Code field. The system DCI will find the code to locate the GNIS Code for the address you entered.input and fill in the GNIS field.
