Description: In this topic you , the user will learn how to create, view, edit, view and deactivate group service profiles.
*Please note: When the cost center on a group service profile is edited/changed, all associated client service accounts and employee service accounts (active or inactive) will automatically be updated to match the cost center on the group service profile. All edits will be listed on the profile (employee, client, and group service) under the history or events tab.
Role Required:Superuser Super User, Supervisor (*Supervisor role can not cannot create a new group service profile)
Permission Required: Group Service Admin
Create a Group Service Profile
Log into DCI with your Personal Profile in to DCI
Click Home on the main menu
Click the Group Services from on the submenu
Click Actions button
Click Select Add New Group Service from the actions dropdowndrop-down menu
Complete the Fill our the form wizard
Basic Demographics tab:
Name (required): Must be at least six characters
Address (required): After entering, click the blue search location hyperlink to populate GNIS Code.
Time Zone (optional): Select from drop-down
Phone (required)
Alternative Phone (optional)
Email (required)
Cost Center (required)
Profile Reference (optional)
Status (required): Defaults to active. Change to inactive when service is no longer valid.
EVV Required (required): Yes or no options, default is yes. Select no if not required.
Enable Geofencing (required): Yes or no options, default is no. Select yes to enable geofencing for this program.
Requires Multiple Clients Per Punch (required): Yes or no options, default is no. Select yes to require employees to select more than one client upon punch creation.
Minimum # of Attendees (required if selected yes on Requires Multiple Client Per Punch field): Minimum number
Name - required
Address - required
GNIS - click the Search Location button above
Time Zone - updated based on address entered
Phone - required
Alternative Phone - optional
Email - required
Cost Center - required
Profile Reference - optional reference field for profile
Status - Active or Inactive
EVV Required - Yes or No
Enable Geofencing - Yes or No
Requires Multiple Clients Per Punch - Yes or No
If Yes
Minimum # of Attendees - The minimum # of clients that must be in attendance
in order for the employee to be allowed to create a punch for this

Click Next
Review Summary
Click Save
Click Yes on the confirmation alert window

EVV Location tab (optional): Can be added later
Copy from Profile Address (optional): Copies address from the Basic Demographics tab
EVV Location Name (required): Name of the location
EVV Location Type (required): Select from drop-down
Address (required): Location address
Begin Date (required): First date the location is approved for use
End Date (optional): If applicable, the last date the location is approved for use.
Status (required): Defaults to active. Change to inactive when the program is no longer valid.
Primary (optional): Select if this is the primary location to provide services
Click Next
Click Save to continue and Yes to confirm
View, Edit, or Deactivate a Group Service Profile

Log into DCI with your Personal Profile in to DCI
Click Home on the main menu
Click the Group Services from on the submenu
Search for the program by typing the name in field "Type (Program) Name", and selecting it when it comes up
Click Search
Select the program from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
View the group service details
Click Actions button
Click Edit Group Service from the actions dropdown
Update or edit the form wizard
Name - required
Address - required
GNIS - click the Search Location button above
Time Zone - updated based on address entered
Phone - required
Alternative Phone - optional
Email - required

Click Save
Click Yes on the confirmation alert window Use filters to find the group service and click Search
Click anywhere in the row to open the group services details page
Click Actions
Select Edit Group Service from the drop-down menu
To deactivate, update the status to Inactive.
Edit as needed
Click Save and Yes to confirm
