Description: In this topic you , the user will learn how to run and download reports.Role Required: Superuser, Supervisor, Employer, Case Manager

*Please note: The employer and case manager roles can only view a limited subset of reports to maintain HIPAA compliance.

  1. Log in to personal profile
  2. Click Reports on
  3. Sign in to your Personal Profile
  4. Click the Reports tab on the main menu
  5. Select (hover Hover over ) the submenu options to view the associated reports listed in on the flyout menu
  6. For example, select (hover over) the COA Reports on submenu to open flyout menu which will display all associated reports
  7. Select the report you want to run from the flyout menu
  8. Enter desiredcriteria into the filters (i.e. filter by , time frame, specific client, employee, service code, cost center, etc.)
  9. Click the Search button
  10. The records will display in the table below the filters
  11. Rearrange columns as needed by dragging and dropping the column header
  12. Click Download button Download to open the Download Report Wizard
  13. Select the column(s) from the Available Columns list to be displayed on the report
    1. Select Click the Right Triangle button to add a column to the Selected Columns
    2. Select Click the Double Right Triangle >> button to add all columns to the Selected Columns
    3. Select Click the Left Triangle button to remove the column from the Selected Columns
    4. Select Click the Double Left Triangle << button to remove all columns from the Selected Columns
  14. Click Next
  15. Select the format in which to download the report by clicking the Format dropdown field drop-down
    1. Formats: Excel, PDF, CSV, Tab delimitedDelimited
      1. PDFs have a 10-column limitation for report downloads
  16. Select If PDF is selected, choose the layout for which you would like the report downloaded download in the Layout dropdown Orientation field drop-down

  17. Select Download to download the reportOptional - click Click the Save as Report Download Preference Checkbox if you would like checkbox to save this report preference in the futureSelect Yes in the confirmation alert windowOptional - click the Save as Report Preference Checkbox if you would like to save this report preference in the future
  18. Click Download andYes to confirm
