Description: In this topic, the user client will learn an overview of how to check clients in and out for a day program. The Day Program profile is designed to keep time and  attendance for clients who attend and employees who work at a  the day program for individuals with disabilities. Typically, the person who works at the front desk will log into the DCI day program profile at check in and check out, so that the employees and clients can easily log . Authorized program personnel log in to the program profile so clients can easily record their attendance in the system using a shared device at the day program location.

Role Required: Day Program Profile, Client , or Employee with day program account

Permission Required: N/ADay Program Admin

Kiosk Mode

The Day Program profile comes with a kiosk mode so that a client can check in or out on a kiosk, typically located near the entrance of the day program, using their DCI credentials.

Check - In

  1. Client enters name in the kiosk

  2. Selects service code from the drop-down

  3. Enters Pin

  4. Clicks Sign In

Check - Out

  1. Client enters name in the kiosk

  2. Selects service code from the drop-down

  3. Enters Pin

  4. Clicks Sign Out

Clients

From this tab, a client can be checked in, checked out, or have attendance verified. You can also click on a client's name to open their details page. This process typically is done by the person at the front desk and they can either check in single or multiple clients at a time.

Check - In

  1. A Client will enter their enter their name in the Kiosk

  2. Select the service code from the dropdown list

  3. Enter Pin

  4. Click Sign In

Check - Out

  1. A Client will enter their enter their name in the Kiosk

  2. Select the service code from the dropdown list

  3. Enter Pin

  4. Click Sign In

Check-In

  1. Authorized day program personnel log in to the program profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Clients on the submenu
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Kiosk Mode from the drop-down and complete fields
    1. Type Client Name
    2. Select Service Code from drop-down
    3. Enter Pin
    4. Click Sign In
    5. Click Check In

Kiosk Mode Check-Out

  1. Authorized day program personnel log in to the program profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Clients on the submenu
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Kiosk Mode from the drop-down and complete fields
    1. Type Client Name
    2. Select Service Code from drop-down
    3. Enter Pin
    4. Click Sign In
    5. Click Check Out
