effect on Monday, September 18, 2023. Please note that if the user’s operating system does not meet the minimum operating system requirements for the DCI mobile app when the change takes effect on Monday, September 18, 2023, the user will not be able to update the DCI mobile app. The DCI mobile app update will be forced on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at which point users on an unsupported OS will no longer be able to use the DCI mobile app.

Changes to the minimum required operating system for iOS are required for the DCI mobile app to function as expected and to keep up-to-date with the minimum operating system versions which Apple will support.

Please communicate the minimum requirements of the Apple (iOS) operating system for the DCI mobile app to your organization.

Please note that if the user’s operating system does not meet the minimum operating system requirements for the DCI mobile app when the change takes effect as early as Wednesday, September 13, 2023, they will be prompted to update their operating system before using the DCI mobile app.
