  1. Log in to personal profile
  2. Click Scheduling on the main menu
  3. Click Day Program on the submenu
  4. Search for the day program by using the filters and click the Search buttontyping the name in the search filter
  5. Click Search
  6. Click anywhere on the row of the day program Select the group service by clicking anywhere in the results row to open the Day Program Details pageFirst
  7. To create a new schedule, use the calendar or arrow icons to navigate to the desired week, OR click the Actions button and select New Schedule from the drop-down menu to display the next blank week's schedule.
  8. First, create the client schedule by clicking the the Client Schedule from the Clients Schedule Tab
    1. All clients with an active service account for the specified program will be listed in the left header column of the schedule tableClients column
    2. If a particular client is not visible, verify If you do not see the client you wish to schedule, verify that they have an active service account.
    3. The number of consumed weekly hours, scheduled weekly hours, maximum available daily hours, and maximum available weekly hours will appear under each employeeclient's name
    4. To create a new schedule
    , use the calendar or arrow icons to go to the desired week or click the Actions button, and click New Schedule to display the next blank week's schedule
    1. To use the same schedule as the previous week, click the Copy iconSelectthe week you want to copy from the drop and click Ok
    2. Click Yes on the confirmation alert window
    3. To create a new schedule shift, click the Blank Cell on the selected day you wish to create a shift to open the Schedule form wizard
    4. Complete the entry form wizard
      1. Name
      : Prefilled with the Client Name of the cell you
      1. - Field will prefill based on the client selected
      2. Service Code
      : Day Program (prefilled)
      1. - Field will prefill with the day program name
      2. EVV Location - Select from the drop-down
      3. Day - Select the date the client will attend the program
      4. Start Time - Enter the start time the client will attend the program
      5. End Time - End the end time the client will leave the program
      6. Note - Optional field
    5. Click Schedule
        You cannot schedule a client at the same time that the client
        1. A client that is already scheduled somewhere else cannot be scheduled. To see a client’s full schedule,
        go back
        1. navigate to the Scheduling Module home page and click Clients on
        the sidebar
        1. the submenu. Search for and select the client.
      1. Click Save on the confirmation alert window
      2. Repeat until the schedule is complete

          2. Selectthe week to copy from the drop-down and click Ok

    6. NextOnce the Clients Schedule has been published, click the Employees Schedule Tab tab
      1. In the Select Day drop-down, select the day of the week that you will be scheduled forto view the schedule. This will update the Required Employees Number number on the hourly tables.

        9. Reminder - Reminder: Enter the numeric value (minutes, hours, days, or weeks) in the first field
        10. Reminder Type : - Select Minutes, Hours, Days, or Weeks from the drop-down in the second field
      4. Click Schedule
        1. An employee that is already scheduled somewhere else cannot be scheduled. To see an employee’s full schedule, navigate to the Scheduling Module home page and click Employees on the submenu. Search for and select the employee.
      5. Click Save on the confirmation alert window
      6. Repeat until the schedule is complete
