Log in to DCI
Click Settings on the main menu
Click Holiday Schedules on the submenu
Use the Search functionality to find the holiday schedule to edit
Click anywhere on the holiday schedule row to open the Holiday Schedule Details page
Click Actions
Select Edit Holiday Schedule from the drop-down menu. Update fields as needed:
- Name
- Description
- Status
- Additional Holidays
- To add holidays - Enter the date and name of the holiday then click the blue Plus Sign (+).
- To remove holidays - Find the holiday to remove then click the blue Minus Sign (-).
- Click Next
- Review the changes on the Review Summary tab
- Click Save and Yes to confirm

Creating a blank holiday schedule requires the user to create a holiday schedule and then edit it.
Log in to DCI with your personal profile.
Select Click Settings from the Main Menu. on the main menu
ClickSelect Holiday Schedules from on the Submenu.submenuSelect the
Click Actions button.
Select New Holiday Schedule from the actions dropdown.drop-down menu
Complete Fill out the Add New Holiday Schedule form wizard.
Name: The name is what that will appear on the drop-down when you assign the holiday schedule is assigned to a profile.
Description: The description of the holiday schedule.
Status: Click Select Active or Inactive, the default is set to active.
Select Range: Date range in years.
Holiday Schedule: leave Leave blank
Additional Holidays: Enter one future date, name it Blank, and then click the Blue blue Plus Sign (+)button to to add the holiday.
Click Next to open the Review Summary.
Click the Save button.Select Yes in the confirmation alert window to add the new holiday schedule the holiday schedule will be saved and you will return to the Holiday Schedule Details screen. and Yes to confirm
With the Holiday Schedule Details screenpage still open Click , click Actions, then select Edit Holiday Schedule from the Actions buttondrop-down menu.
Remove the Additional Holiday added in the steps above under the Additional Holiday Holidays field by clicking the Blue blue Minus Sign (-)button to remove the holiday.
There are now no holidays associated with this schedule creating resulting in a blank schedule, meaning no holidays will be observed for employees with this schedule.
Click Next to open the Review Summary.
Click the Save button.Select Yes in the confirmation alert window to save changes and you will return to the Holiday Schedule Details screen. and Yes to confirm
View Holiday Schedule

Select Holiday Schedules from the Submenu.
Use the Search functionality to find the holiday schedule you would like to view.
Click anywhere on the holiday schedule you would like to view to open the Holiday Schedule Details screen.
