Create Guardian Profile

1. Log in to your personal profile
2. Select the Home tab on the main menu
3. Click Guardians on the submenu
4. Click the Actions button
5. Select Add New Guardian from the actions dropdown
6. Complete the the form wizard
   1. On the Basic Demographics tab:
      1. Entering a mobile number will allow the guardian to receive text notifications if they verify their mobile number
      2. The guardian email must be unique from the client(s) email address
7. Select Save
8. Select Yes in the confirmation alert window

View, Edit or Deactivate Guardian Profile

1. Log in to your personal profile
2. Select the Home tab on the main menu
3. Click Guardians on the submenu
4. Search for the guardian in the search box using the filters and select Search
5. The search results will be displayed below the search box, select the guardian row by clicking any where in the row
6. The Guardian Details page will open up and you can view all details for the guardian profile
7. Select the Actions button
8. Select Edit Guardian from the actions dropdown
9. View and make edits in the Edit Guardian form wizard
   1. To deactivate the guardian profile, change status to Inactive on the basic demographics tab
10. Click Save
11. Select Yes in the confirmation alert window

Link a Guardian Profile to a Client Profile

Guardians can be linked to clients when the New Client Profile is created in the form wizard on the Client Information tab.

1. Login to your personal profile
2. Select the Home tab on the main menu
3. Click Clients on the Sub Menu
4. Use the filters to find the desired client.
5. Click anywhere in the results row to open the Client Profile Details Page.
6. Click Actions button
7. Click Edit Client from the actions dropdown
8. In the form wizard, select the Client Information tab
9. Begin typing the guardian’s name in the Guardian Field and select guardian name when it appears
10. Select Save
11. Select Yes in the confirmation alert window
