Add a New Punch for an Employee

  1. Log in to personal profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Employees on the submenu
  4. Enter the employee's name in the Employee Name search box, then click the blue Search button.
    1. The results table, located below the search box, will update based upon the search.
  5. Sign into your Personal Profile
  6. Click "Employees" on the sidebar
  7. Search for the Employee
  8. Click anywhere in the employee row on the results table to open the Employee Details Page
  9. Click "Actions"
  10. to select it
    1. The Employee Details page will open
  11. Click Actions
  12. Select New Entry from the drop-down menuClick "New Entry"
  13. Complete the Entry Form; a reason and note is
    1. A reason code may be required when

Edit a Punch for an Employee

  1. Log in to personal profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Employees on the submenu
  4. Enter the employee's name in the Employee Name search box, then click the Search button.
    1. The results table, located below the search box, will update based upon the search.
    Follow steps 1-4 listed above
  5. Click anywhere in the punch row on the Entries table to open the Punch Detail Page
  6. Click "Actions"
  7. row to select it
    1. The Employee Details page will open
  8. Click the Entries tab located below the demographics box
  9. Click the punch row to edit
    1. The Punch Detail page will open
  10. Click Actions
  11. Select Edit Entry from the drop-down menuClick "Edit Entry"
  12. Make the necessary changes on the Entry Form ; a reason and note is required when you edit a punch for an employee.
  13. Click "Save"
  14. Click "Yes" on the confirmation window
