Add a New Punch for an Employee

  1. Log in to your personal profile
  2. Select Home from the main menu
  3. Select Employees from the submenu
  4. Enter the employee name in the Employee Name search box, then click the blue Search button
    1. The results table, located below the search box, will update based upon your search
  5. Select the employee row on the results table to open the Employee Details Page
  6. Click "Actions"
  7. Click "New Entry"by clicking anywhere in the row
    1. The Employee Details page will open
  8. Select the Actions button
  9. Select New Entry in the actions dropdown
  10. Complete the Entry Form;
    1. May require a reason
    and note is required

  12. Select Yes" on in the confirmation alert window

To edit a punch for an employee:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 listed above
  2. Click anywhere in the punch row on the Entries table to open the Punch Detail Page
  3. Click "Actions"
  4. Click "Edit Entry"to save the punch
    1. The added punch is generated and has the status of unverified

Edit a Punch for an Employee

  1. Log in to your personal profile
  2. Select Home from the main menu
  3. Select Employees from the submenu
  4. Enter the employee name in the Employee Name field, then click the Search button
    1. The results table, located below the search box, will update based upon your search
  5. Select the employee row on the results table by clicking anywhere in the row
    1. The Employee Details page will open
  6. On the Employee Details page select the Entries tab located below the demographics box
  7. Select the row in the entries table for the punch you need to edit
    1. The Punch Detail page will open
  8. Select the Actions button
  9. Select Edit Entry in the Actions dropdown
  10. Make the necessary changes on the Entry Form ; a reason and note is required wizard
    1. May require a reason code when you edit a punch for an employee

  11. Click "the Save "buttonClick "
  12. Select Yes" on in the confirmation window
