  • You forgot to punch, clocked in late, or did not clock out at the correct time
  • DCI was unavailable

  1. Log in to DCI with personal profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Entries on the submenu
  4. Search by status by selecting Unverified from the select status drop-down filter
  5. Click the blue Search button
  6. Select thepunch by clicking
  7. Sign in to your Personal Profile
  8. Click “Entries” on the side bar
  9. Search by Status by selecting “Unverified” from the “Select Status” drop down filter and click search
  10. Click anywhere in the punch row to open the punch
  11. Click Select the blue “Verify” In the “Punch Details” window
  12. Click “Yes” on the confirmation window.
