How to clear the DCI App Data on any Android Device

Note: The wording on settings and buttons may vary by device and/or Android version. If an exact match is not found, look for a similarly named setting/button.


  • Navigate to Device Settings.
  • Select “Apps & Notifications.

  • Search for and select the “DCI” app.
  • Select “Storage”.

  • Select “Clear Data”

  • Select “OK” to confirm the action. 
  • App Data has been successfully cleared.
