When using the New Entry form wizard to enter a punch, depending on the service Account Type selected, selecting a client or cost center may be required.
In the required field (Client or Cost Center), begin typing the name of the client or cost center and select it.
If the client or cost center does not appear, you do not have an active service account for this service account type for the specific cost center or for the specific client.
Contact your supervisor or employer for assistance to verify if you should have a service account linked to your profile for the cost center or client
