The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Wednesday, March 13, 2024, and will require the DCI web portal to be unavailable for all users from 1:30AM to 3:30 AM EST.

The DCI maintenance release requires a mobile app update. The new mobile app version will be available as early as Wednesday, March 13, 2024. All users will be forced to update their mobile app as early as Thursday, March 14, 2024. Thank you for being a valued DCI customer!

Group Service - Attendance Entries

View group service attendance entries on the punch entries details page under the new tab Attendance Entries.

Navigate to Employees on the submenu > Search & Select Employee > Select Punch Entry > Select Attendance Entries tab > Optionally filter by Client Name, Service Code or Entry ID

Bill Code Modifiers on Service Code

The new optional field, Bill Code Modifiers, has been added to the Service Code form wizard under Billing Details when creating or editing the service code.  

  • This optional field allows up to four bill code modifiers
  • Fill and validate modifiers in sequential order

Mobile App - Disclosure Text Update

At initial log in or after reinstalling the app, users will see the following updated text in the alert window:

If the user selects Acknowledge, a system alert will appear asking, "Allow 'DCI Mobile EVV' to use your location?" Click Allow While Using App.

If the user selects Not Now, they do not receive the "Allow 'DCI Mobile EVV' to use your location?" alert, and will be prompted for location permissions at a later time.
