DCI Mobile App Minimum iOS Operating System Version Update

The DCI mobile app will be updating the minimum required operating system for iOS. This change will take effect as early as Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Please note that if the user’s operating system does not meet the minimum operating system requirements for the DCI mobile app when the change takes effect as early as Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the user will not be able to update the DCI mobile app. The DCI mobile app update will be forced as early as Thursday, September 26, 2024, at which point users on an unsupported OS will no longer be able to use the DCI mobile app.

Changes to the minimum required operating system for iOS are required for the DCI mobile app to function as expected and to support key features such as location tracking in the mobile app, which leverages Google Maps.

Please communicate the minimum requirements of the Apple (iOS) operating system for the DCI mobile app to your organization.

Case Worker Profile - Region Access

In addition to linking a funding source to a case worker or linking a case worker to a funding account, case workers can now be linked to a specific region(s) within a funding source. Once linked, the case worker has access to all data associated with funding accounts that have that region(s) assigned.

*Please note - This feature is an instance level setting. Please Submit a DCI Support Ticket to enable. Also note that this feature is not compatible with the Care Management Module at this time.

*Previously:

  • Link a funding source to a case worker
    • Selected funding source profile must match the selected cost center when adding or editing the case worker profile
    • Regions could not be selected

*New:

  • Additional option to link a case worker to a region(s) within a funding source
  • Removed the Funding Source field when adding or editing the case worker profile
  • Added the Case Worker Access area where users select the funding source and optionally region(s) to limit access to only the selected regions
  • This feature is not included in the Case Worker Profile import
  • When a case worker is linked to a region(s), report access is limited to that region(s).
