Description: In this topic you will learn how to create, edit and link a Guardian Profile. Guardian profiles allow a user to be linked to multiple clients to perform client sign-off and view client schedules. Users with Client Admin Permission are able to create new guardian profiles. To create a new guardian profile:
Role Required: Superuser
Permission Required: Client Admin
Create Guardian Profile
- Log in Login to your personal profile
- Select the Home tab on the main menu
- Click Guardians on the sidebarsubmenu
- Click the Actions button
- Click Select Add New Guardian from the actions dropdown
- Complete the the form wizard
- On the Basic Demographics
- tab:
- Entering a mobile number
- Mobile Number
- will allow the guardian to receive text notifications if they verify their mobile number
- The guardian email must be unique from the client(s) email address
- Complete the Authentication Information Wizard, then click Next
- The user will be prompted to change their temporary password when they login for the first time.
- Review Summary, then click Save
- Select Save
- Select Yes in the confirmation alert window
View, Edit or Deactivate Guardian Profile
- Log in to your personal profile
- Select the Home tab on the main menu
- Click Guardians on the submenu
- Search for the guardian in the search box using the filters and select Search
- The search results will be displayed below the search box, select the guardian row by clicking any where in the row
- The Guardian Details page will open up and you can view all details for the guardian profile
- Select the Actions button
- Select Edit Guardian from the actions dropdown
- View and make edits in the Edit Guardian form wizard
- To deactivate the guardian profile, change status to Inactive on the basic demographics tab
- Click Save
- Select Yes in the confirmation alert window
Link a Guardian Profile to a Client Profile
Guardians can be linked to clients when the New Client Profile is created . To link existing clients to the guardian, go to the Client Profile Details Page.in the form wizard on the Client Information tab.
- Login to your personal profile
- Select the Home tab on the main menu
- Click Clients on the sidebarSub Menu
- Use the filters to find the desired client.
- Click anywhere in the results row to open the Client Profile Details Page.
- Click Actions button
- Click Edit Client from the actions dropdown
- In the form wizard, select Click the Client Information tab
- Begin typing the guardian’s name in the Guardian Field (last field of the wizard) and select it guardian name when it appears
- Select Save
- Select Yes in the confirmation alert windowClick Save.
