Description: In this topic you will learn how to create, edit, view or deactivate client service accounts. For programs, in order for attendance to be generated for clients, they must have there must be an active service account linking them the client to the program they are enrolled in. Client Service Accounts are not required for Hourly Services.
*Please note: This task requires Supervisor Role in the same Cost Center as the client. If the client has a home Cost Center that the supervisor does not have a Supervisor Role for, the Home Cost Center supervisor needs to create the service account from the Client Details Page.

Sign into your Personal Profile
Click Home on the main menu

Search for the client by typing their name in

Type Client Name

and selecting their name when it comes up

Select the client from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
This will open up the Client Details page

View, Edit or Deactivate Client Service Accounts:
Sign into your Personal Profile
Click Home on the main menu
Click Clients on the submenu
Search for the client by typing their name in Type Client Name and selecting their name when it appears
Click Search
Select the client from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
This will open up the Client Details page
Scroll down and click on Accounts tab located under the Basic Demographics
Select the account by clicking anywhere in the row
The Accounts Details page will open up and display account details for the user to view
Click Actions button
Select Edit Account
Edit the form wizard as necessary
To deactivate the service account, change the status to Inactive
Client service accounts should be deactivated when the client discontinues the service i.e., client is discharged or moves from one program to another, deactivate the first program they no longer receive services at
Click Save
Click Yes on the confirmation alert window

Sign into your Personal Profile
Click Home on the main menu
Click the Program Type (Residential Programs, Day Programs, Group Services, or Parenting Programs) or Cost Center from the submenu
Search for the Cost Center or Program by typing the name in filters and selecting it when it comes up
Click Search
Select the Cost Center or Program from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
This will open up the Cost Center or (Program Name) Details page
Scroll down and click on Accounts tab located under the Cost Center or (Type of Program) Program Details
Select the account by clicking anywhere in the row
The Accounts Details page will open up and display account details for the user to view
Click Actions button
Select Edit Account
Edit the form wizard as necessary
