  1. Log in to the DCI web portal
  2. Click the username in the upper right-hand corner of the page which is indicated with a person icon
  3. Click Settings on the drop-down menu
  4. Click Change Security Question” Question on the sidebarsubmenu
  5. Enter your the password and click “Verify” Verify
  6. Select a question from the dropdown drop-down menu
  7. Enter the security answer in the “Answer” Answer field. This field is case-sensitive.
  8. Click “Submit”
  9. Click “Yes” on the confirmation window
  10. Submit and Yes to confirm
  11. A green alert message will appear appears that reads “Security Security Question Changed Successfully!

Change Email Address

  1. Log in to the DCI web portal
  2. Click the username in the upper right-hand corner of the page which is indicated with a person icon
  3. Click Settings on the drop-down menu
  4. Click “Change Email” on the sidebar
  5. Enter your new email in the “New Email” field
  6. Re-type your new email in the “Confirm Email” field
  7. Click “Change Email”
  8. Click “Yes” on the confirmation window
  9. A green alert message will appear that reads “Email Changed Successfully!”
