For electronic visit verification (EVV) aggregations, social security number (SSN) retrieval may be required. Follow the steps below to view the employee profile for View the current setting selection on the client profile and how to edit the employee profile to allow SSN retrieval.
Log in to the DCI web portal
Click Home on the main menu
Click Employees Clients on the sub menu
Use the filters and click search for employee and click the Search button
Select the employee from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
submenu
Enter the client's name in the filter and click Search
Click anywhere in the client row to open the Client Details page
In On the Employee Details page, in the Basic Demographics widget, view the setting " Allow SSN Retrieval".
Yes = Allows for SSN Retrieval. The SSN will be stored in a retrievable format for use in EVV aggregation. Only select Yes if this client will be funded by a funding source that requires SSN to be aggregated.
No = Does not allow for SSN Retrieval
If the setting is No, proceed with editing the employee client profile:
Click Actions
Select Edit
Client from the
drop-down menu
On the Basic Demographics tab, scroll
to the bottom to the setting
Allow SSN Retrieval
.
Select Yes
Select Save at the bottom of the form wizard
Select Yes on the confirmation alert windowClick Save and Yes to confirm
