Description: In this topic you , the user will learn how to create, view, edit, view or deactivate client service accounts. For programs, in order for attendance to be generated for clients, there must be an active service account linking the client to the program in which they are enrolled in. Client Service Accounts service accounts are not required for Hourly Services hourly services.
*Please note: This This task requires Supervisor Role a supervisor role in the same Cost Center cost center as the client. If the client has a home Cost Center that cost center for which the supervisor does not have a Supervisor Role for, the Home Cost Center supervisor needs to supervisor role, the home cost center supervisor must create the service account from the Client Details Page client details page.

Create Client Service Accounts:
Program Profile or Employee Profile (depending on the type of account)
Create a Client Service Account
Log into DCI personal profile
Click Home on
Sign into your Personal Profile
Click Home on the main menuClick
Click Clients on on the submenu
Search for the client by typing their name in Type Client Name and selecting their name when it comes up
Click Search
Enter the client's name in the filter and click Search
Click Select the client from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
This will open up the to open the Client Details

Select New Service Account. from the actions dropdown
Fill out the form wizard
Click Save
Click Yes on the confirmation window

Complete the form wizard in the same manner as an Employee Service Account. When creating a Client Service Account, the following account types are available:
Hourly
Residential Program
Day Program
Group Service
Parenting Program
Transportation
Client Transportation
Click Save to continue and Yes to confirm

Click the Program Type (Residential Programs, Day Programs, Group Services, or Parenting Programs) from on the submenu
Search for the program by typing the name in field "Type (Program) Name" , and selecting it when it comes up
Click Search
Select the program from the table by clicking Click anywhere in the row to select the program
Click Actions button
ClickSelect New Client Service Account from the actions dropdowndrop-down menu
Complete Fill out the form wizard
Click SaveClick and Yes on the confirmation windowto confirm

Scroll down and click on Accounts tab located under the Basic Demographics
Select the account by clicking anywhere in the row
The Accounts Details page will open up and display account details for the user to view

Select Edit Account
Edit the form wizard as necessary
Enter the client's name in the filter and click Search
Click anywhere in the client row to open the Client Details page
Click the Accounts tab
Click anywhere in the client service account row to open the Account Details page
Click Actions
Select Edit Account from the drop-down menu
View and make edits in the Edit Account form wizard
To deactivate the service account, change the status to InactiveClient service accounts should be deactivated when the client discontinues the service (i.e., the client is discharged)

Scroll down and click on Accounts tab located under the Cost Center or (Type of Program) Program Details
Select the account by clicking anywhere in the row
The Accounts Details page will open up and display account details for the user to view
Click Actions button
Select Edit Account
Enter the cost center or program in the filter and click Search
Click anywhere in the row to select the cost center or program
Click the Accounts tab
Click anywhere in the client service account row to open the Account Details page
Click Actions
Select Edit Account from the drop-down menu
View and make edits in the Edit Service Account form wizardEdit the form wizard as necessary
To deactivate the service account, change the status to Inactive.
