  • Prior to a session expiring and logging the user out, an alert window will open stating "Need More Time? Your session is about to expire. You will be automatically signed out. To continue your session, select Stay Signed In." The user can select the Stay Signed In button or Sign Out button.
  • If the user does not acknowledge the alert prior to the session expiration time, the system will automatically log the user out of their DCI session after a period of time (per organization settings) due to inactivity.

  • After automatic log out, the user's screen will change to the login screen.

  • The alert, "Your session has expired" will appear on the login screen

  • Log back into DCI to restart the session

Your DCI session will expire if you are inactive in the system for more than 15 minutes. When you attempt to complete a task after inactivity, you will be taken back to the login screen and see an alert that reads “Your session has expired.”

If you have not been inactive, are completing any task in DCI and get taken back to the login screen without selecting “Log Out,” there is a system error. Submit a request via the Help Center if this occurs. It is helpful to include the following information in your request:
