Description: In this topic, the client will learn how to check in and out for a day program. The Day Program profile is designed to keep time attendance for clients who attend the day program. Authorized program personnel log in to the program profile so clients can easily record their attendance in the system using a shared device at the day program location.

Role Required: Day Program Profile, Client, Employee

Permission Required: N/A

Kiosk Mode Check-In

  1. Authorized day program personnel log in to the program profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Clients on the submenu
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Kiosk Mode from the drop-down and complete fields
    1. Type Client Name
    2. Select Service Code from drop-down
    3. Enter Pin
    4. Click Sign In
    5. Click Check In

Kiosk Mode Check-Out

  1. Authorized day program personnel log in to the program profile
  2. Click Home on the main menu
  3. Click Clients on the submenu
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Kiosk Mode from the drop-down and complete fields
    1. Type Client Name
    2. Select Service Code from drop-down
    3. Enter Pin
    4. Click Sign In
    5. Click Check Out
