If it seems like a lot, you're correct! We're delivering a bucketful of changes that are designed to enhance your user experience and streamline your workflows. Be sure to check out the full Release Notes and the Recorded Walkthrough to get the full rundown on all the updates.
As with any spruce-up, we have a few housekeeping items with this release. Please read carefully!
- In order to best deliver these enhancements, the system will be unavailable to all users from Wednesday, April 21st at 11:30 PM to Thursday, April 22nd at 1:30 AM MST (2 hours). We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
- As you read above, this release includes a plethora of updates. Some of the enhancements require instance-level setting changes. Please reach out to your DCI account rep if you need assistance with this.
- Do you use the Import Module? You'll want to read this! Not only are there changes to existing imports, but there is a new import! The Import File Formats have been updated and can be found at the Help Center or access them by clicking below.
Lastly, this release will include a new version of the mobile app for both iOS and Android. Please be sure to inform your users that the mobile app will need to be updated as of April 14th.
If your applications update automatically, there is no action needed on your part.
If your applications do require a manual update, you can access the DCI app by selecting the icon for your device below.
