The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Thursday, August 25, 2022There is no mobile app update required for this release.

This release includes:

Group Service Program Profiles - Cost Center

*Previously cost center updates to group service program profiles did not update the associated employee service accounts and client service accounts. Cost center updates could not be edited on service accounts after they were created.

*New - When the cost center on a group service profile is edited/changed, all associated client service accounts and employee service accounts (active or inactive) will automatically be updated to match the cost center on the group service program profile.

  • All edits will be listed on the profile (employee, client, and group service) under the history or events tab.

  • Edits to a group service profile can be completed by users with the role Superuser or Supervisor or with the permission Group Service Admin.

New Report - Roles Report

  • The new Roles Report is located under the sub menu Profile Reports.

  • To run this report, click Reports on the main menu, then Profile Reports on the sub menu and then select Roles Report in the flyout menu.

  • The report can be filtered by role, cost center, employee name or employee number.

  • The report contains the following columns:

    • Profile ID

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Employee Number

    • Cost Center ID

    • Cost Center Name

    • Cost Center Code

    • Role Date Added

    • Added By

Report Enhancements

  • Service Accounts Report - Added the column EVV Frequency (clock out only, clock in and out, clock in and out and defined intervals during shift or clock in only) set on the employee service account.

  • Employee Profiles Report - Added the column Preferred Language selected on the employees profile.

  • Client Profiles Report - Added the column Preferred Language selected on the client profile.
