A DCI mobile app update will be required Thursday morning, February 24th, for our maintenance release. The mobile app update will be available to all users as early as Thursday, February 24th. To ensure all users are on the most up-to-date version, users will be forced to update their mobile app as early as Friday, February 25th.

While most of the features of this release happen behind the scenes, we are pleased to inform you of an enhancement to the Guardian profile. The Guardian profile will now contain the Total Hours widget on the dashboard to help guardians effectively manage the hours of service for clients that are linked to their profile. To use the Total Hours widget:  

  1. Enter the Client's name into the client name field
  2. Click Search
  3. The current week will display
  4. Use the arrows to navigate different weeks
  5. Click Reset to clear the Total Hours widget

Although this is a maintenance release, it still requires a bit of downtime and an app update. The system will be unavailable to all users from Wednesday, February 23rd at 11:30 PM to Thursday, February 24th at 1:30 AM MST (2 hours). Be sure to update your app on the 24th!
