Description: In this topic, the user will learn how to sign off on punches on behalf of clients.

Permission Required: N/A

Review and Sign Off on Punches

  1. Log in to the guardian profile
  2. Click Clients on the submenu
  3. Select the client from the table to open the client details page.
  4. Scroll down to view the entries. If needed, click the Entries tab.
  5. All entries requiring sign-off will be listed in the Entries table with a checkbox field. Use the filters to find a particular punch if desired.
  6. Review the entries, then select the checkbox next to the entries for sign-off.
  7. To select all entries, click the checkbox on the header row.
  8. Click the green Sign Off button
  9. Click Yes to confirm
  10. The status will remain in Pending until the supervisor approves the punch

Reject Sign Off for a Punch

If any punch is incorrect, reject sign-off.

  1. Repeat steps 1-7 above
  2. Click the red Reject button
  3. Click Yes to confirm
  4. If messaging is enabled, the supervisor and the employee will be notified that the punch was rejected.
