We have completed our final tune-ups and we will be releasing the on Monday morning, July 20th. This will include a mobile app release, so please notify your team and your clients that they will need to update their mobile app Monday morning. In addition to tying up some loose ends, this release will include a couple of cool new features:

  • Telephone entries no longer require EVV. The restriction has been removed that required Phone EVV to only allow punches for Hourly Service Codes where EVV is required. Now, an employee will be able to punch against any Hourly Service Code that they have an account for regardless of whether EVV is required.

  • A three-character minimum for type ahead forms has been added for client and employee names. This means that the user will now enter three characters before the system suggests search results. 

  • Message counts will now be removed from the mobile app and on the mobile web for the Sent, Archive, and Trash folders. The message count still displays in the Inbox. This is only for customers who have message notifications turned on in their instance level settings. 

  • The Dashboard has been added to the Mobile Web to display News Posts.

Please note that we will have some scheduled downtime to perform this maintenance. The system will be unavailable to all users during the following time:

  • Starting July 19th at 9:30 PM EST to July 20th, 2 AM EST (4.5 hours)

This release will include a new version of the mobile app for both iOS and Android. This release will require an update to your mobile app.
