Description: In  In this topic you , the user will learn about phone carriers and phone types, which are custom drop down options the custom fields Phone Type and Phone Carrier. These fields are for organizations that add EVV locations. Whether you are If enabled, Phone Type and Phone Carrier may be selected when creating a program or profile with an EVV location, or adding an EVV location they may be added to an existing program or profile, you have the option to add a phone carrier or phone type to the EVV location. These fields are optional.

Both the Phone Carrier and Phone Type are highlight above. You can repeat these steps below to add additional phone types and phone carriers to the drop down fields.

Create Phone Carrier

1. Log in to profile

2. Select Settings from

2. Select Custom Drop Down

Select Actions button

Select Add New Custom Drop Down Item from the action dropdown

1.  from the submenu  

2. Click Actions 

3. Select Add New Custom Drop Down Item from the drop-down menu

4. Complete

1. : Create phone carrier name (i.e., Verizon, ATT)

2. Item Status: Choose Active or Inactive  

1. Click Save and Yes to confirm

2. Repeat as needed

1. Log in to profile

2. Select Settings from the main menu 

3. Select Custom Drop Down from the submenu  

4. Click Actions 

5. Select Add New Custom Drop Down Item from the drop-down menu

6. Complete
