Description: In this topic you will learn about phone carriers and phone types, which are custom drop down options for organizations that add EVV locations. Whether you are creating a program or profile with an EVV location, or adding an EVV location to an existing program or profile, you have the option to add a phone carrier or phone type to the EVV location. These fields are optional.

Permission Required: N/A
Both the Phone Carrier and Phone Type are highlight above. You can repeat these steps below to add additional phone types and phone carriers to the drop down fields.
Create Phone Carrier
Log in to your profile
Select Settings from the main menu
Click Custom Drop Down in the submenu
Select Actions button
Select Add New Custom Drop Down Item from the action dropdown
Fill out the Add New Custom Drop Down Item form wizard
Select Phone Carrier from the Item Type dropdown
Create Phone Carrier name in the Item Name
Examples may include: Verizon, AT&T, etc.
Select a status of Active or Inactive
Click Save
Click Yes in the confirmation alert window
Create Phone Type
Log in to your profile
Select Settings from the main menu
Click Custom Drop Down in the submenu
Select Actions button
Select Add New Custom Drop Down Item from the action dropdown
Fill out the Add New Custom Drop Down Item form wizard
Select Phone Type from the Item Type dropdown
Create Phone Type name in the Item Name
Examples may include: Landline, Mobile, etc.
Select a status of Active or Inactive
Click Save
Click Yes in the confirmation alert window
