Description: In this topic you will learn how to set your clients or employees preferred language. The DCI system is equipped with multi-language functionality for base users (Employee Profiles with no roles/permissions) and Client Profiles. This functionality allows for users with these profile types to navigate the Portal and the Mobile App in their preferred language. DCI can also send Messages and Notifications, view News Posts and offer Phone EVV in the users preferred language. Currently DCI does not have preferred language functionality available for custom fields, custom dropdowns, reason codes, and canned statements.

The following languages are currently available:

  • English

  • Spanish

  • Vietnamese

  • Russian

  • Mandarin

  • Somali

  • Arabic
