When your DCI account is created or your DCI password is reset, the DCI system will generate an email for you to activate your profile or reset your password. For your security, the link inside the DCI Profile Activation Emails and Password Reset Emails expire after 24 hours. Please check your spam filters if you do not receive the DCI email to your inbox. Download the attached tip sheet on how to resend the system generated email once it has expired.
