For EVV aggregations, SSN retrieval may be required. Follow the steps below to view the client profile for current setting selection and how to edit the client profile to allow SSN retrieval.
Log in to DCI web portal
Click Home on the main menu
Click Clients on the sub menu
Use the filters and click search for client and click the Search button
Select the client from the table by clicking anywhere in the row
On the Clients Details page, in the Basic Demographics widget, view the setting "Allow SSN Retrieval"
Yes = Allows for SSN Retrieval
No = Does not allow for SSN Retrieval
If the setting is No, proceed with editing the client profile
Click Actions button
Click Edit Client from the actions dropdown
On the Basic Demographics tab, scroll down to the bottom to the setting "Allow SSN Retrieval"
Select Yes
Select Save at the bottom of the form wizard
Select Yes on the confirmation alert window
