For EVV aggregations, SSN retrieval may be required. Follow the steps below to view the client profile for current setting selection and how to edit the client profile to allow SSN retrieval.

  1. Log in to DCI web portal

  2. Click Home on the main menu

  3. Click Clients on the sub menu

  4. Use the filters and click search for client and click the Search button

  5. Select the client from the table by clicking anywhere in the row

  6. On the Clients Details page, in the Basic Demographics widget, view the setting "Allow SSN Retrieval"

    1. Yes = Allows for SSN Retrieval

    2. No = Does not allow for SSN Retrieval

  7. If the setting is No, proceed with editing the client profile

  8. Click Actions button

  9. Click Edit Client from the actions dropdown

  10. On the Basic Demographics tab, scroll down to the bottom to the setting "Allow SSN Retrieval"

  11. Select Yes

  12. Select Save at the bottom of the form wizard

  13. Select Yes on the confirmation alert window
