Description: In this topic you will learn how to view profile certifications. A profile certification is a requirement that you have completed i.e. HIPAA acknowledgement or CPR training. Once you have completed a requirement, your supervisor or another administrative staff will add the certification to your profile.
*Please note: It is important to make sure that recurring certifications are up-to-date. If the user has an expired certification they may not be able to enter time into the DCI base on configured organization setting.

Login to your personal profile
Click Home on the main menu
Click Profile Certifications on the sub menu
The Profile Certifications page will open, view the following:
Certification Name - This will be the name of the certification requirement such as Driver's License, CPR, etc
Certification Date - The date of the certification completed
Certification Expiration Date - There are two types of certifications recurring and non-recurring
Recurring certifications will have an expiration date and the employee will have to be recertified by the Certification Expiration Date
Non-Recurring certifications will have an N/A in the Certification Expiration Date field. Non-recurring certifications are typically requirements that are needed only to start working such as a valid driver's license and background check. Since these requirements only are needed once, they do not have an expiration date.
Expiration Reminder Start - This is the first reminder that will be sent to the employee about an upcoming recurring certification that will expire soon. Reminders can be sent multiple times.
Last Reminder Sent Date - This is the last reminder that is sent before the recurring certification expires.
Status - Active or Inactive
Click anywhere on the Profile Certification to open the Profile Certification Details screen
