  1. A message can be sent from Inbox ->Actions->New Message or from the Mailbox Icon (click “Compose Message”)
  2. Type the recipient’s* name in the “To” field and select it when it appears.
  3. Add a subject
  4. Select Priority (High Priority will add a star next to the message)
  5. Type your message in the body. Use the formatting buttons to change the font, style, or add attachment(s) if needed.
  6. To save your message to send later, click Save as Draft. If the message is ready to send, click Send.
  7. To return to a draft, Click Draft on the sidebar, then click the message to open the New Message Form.

Mobile Version

  1. Tap the three gray bars to expand the menu
  2. Tap Message
  3. Tap New Message
  4. Type the recipient’s name in the “To” field and select it when it appears
    • Recipients are limited based on user role and cost centers
  5. Add a subject
  6. Select the priority (High Priority will add a star to the message)
  7. Type your message in the body
  8. Tap Send

*Recipient list is limited to the following:

  • No Roles, View Only Role and Auditor Role
    1. Active user profiles that have a Supervisor role for one or more of the same cost centers that the employee has a service account for
    2. Active user profiles that have a Supervisor role for the employee’s default cost center
    3. Active user profiles that have the Payroll role for the employee’s default cost center
  • Supervisors
    1. Active employees and clients that have at least one active account (service or funding) linked to a cost center that the user has a Supervisor role
    2. Active employees and clients that have their default cost center set to a cost center that the user has a Supervisor role for
    3. Active employees that also have a Supervisor role for at least one of the same cost centers
    4. Active employees with Payroll Team role
    5. Active employees with Billing Team role
    6. Active employees with Authorization role
    7. Active employees with Client Admin permission
    8. Active employees with Employee Admin permission
  • Clients
    1. Active employees that have a Supervisor role for one or more of the same cost centers that the client has a service account for
    2. Employees that they are linked directly to the client via an active Service Account
    3. Employees that are indirectly linked to the client via an active Group Services Service Account
  • Payroll Role
    1. Active employees
  • Billing Role
    1. Active employees or caseworkers
  • Employer Role
    1. Active employees or clients who are linked to the employer via cost center
  • Employee Admin Permission
    1. Active employees
  • Client Admin Permission
    1. Active clients

If are unable to select a recipient that you should be able to, verify the cost centers of the employee, client, supervisor, and service account. All users can send a message to DCI Support.
